Booking Policy:
1. Bookings are only confirmed once the quoted invoice has been paid in full. Once this payment has been done it is agreed that the conditions of the cancellation policy have been accepted.
2. Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is to be done within 24 hours.
- Any cancellation that is made after 24 hours shall be paid in full amount.
- Paid bookings - BlueCab shall deduct 50% off from amount that was invoiced only if your cancellation was done before 24 hours.
- Cancellation before 24 hours must be in writing or email. Kindly request confirmation email for your cancellation as its required for claiming 50% return.
Should any booking or request from passengers deviate from the original destination, BlueCab shall invoice the new destination separately from the original amount of the invoice.
